Position Overview The Global & North America Channel Marketing Coordinator supports the full Channel Marketing team across all program launches and major initiatives. From developing program timelines, to identifying key milestones, delivering final visual assets and negotiating execution to adapt to pace of business changes, this role is a crucial part of supporting AVEDA’s network of salon and retail partners across the globe.
The ideal candidate has a high degree of accountability, is very proactive, a strong communicator, collaborator and is very detail oriented. This marketer can innovate, find and create tools, templates and solutions that enable the full channel marketing team to scale impact.
In addition to planning and delivering new product launch and major initiative visual marketing and merchandising collateral, the marketing coordinator is also capable of troubleshooting and supporting salons and store partners in-season, as well as supporting key budget needs, such as supporting purchase orders and invoicing with finance.
Description VM Delivery & Execution: New Product Launches, Commercial Innovation & Total Brand Initiatives
Develop and oversee timelines for each new product launch, commercial innovations and total brand initiatives that require new visual marketing collateral
Negotiate timelines while protecting key milestones as required by business reactions in season
Proactively communicate timing needs, milestones and resource prioritization to channel team and internal / external partners
Establish scalable tools and templates that drive clarity on overall timing and delivery milestones for program launches
In-Season Troubleshooting, Salon & Store Support
Support Salon and Store partners across AVEDA network, with special focus on North America region for execution, as visual merchandise and execution questions arise
Budget Tracking and Purchase Order / Invoice Management
Partner within Channel Marketing and Finance team to track program budgets, ensure on-time delivery of PO’s and invoice payments.
Qualifications
Relevant marketing coordinator experience in brick-and-mortar, retail-driven and service-oriented environments, with special focus on salon businesses, prestige haircare, skincare and wellness categories
Strong attention to detail, well-organized and high aptitude for developing program timelines and identifying key milestones
Comfort communicating and collaborating with internal teams and external partners regarding timelines and program needs in a timely, proactive manner
Ability to find solutions and navigate fast-paced, nuanced environments
Excellent communicator, collaborator who is unafraid to take on new challenges and lead and influence teams toward delivery

Pay Range The anticipated base salary range for this position is $24.85 to $36.90. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
