Overview We’re looking for a strategic and results‑driven Field Marketing Manager to join Digital Realty’s AMER Marketing team, supporting our Enterprise U.S. Sales organization. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and execution of regional marketing initiatives—from in‑person customer experiences to digital engagements—that deepen relationships, accelerate pipeline growth, and strengthen Digital Realty’s position as the global leader in data center, colocation, and AI‑ready infrastructure. You’ll serve as the key liaison between Sales and Marketing, ensuring field strategies are aligned with go‑to‑market priorities and regional business objectives. You’ll guide the development of integrated programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across target accounts while managing budgets, performance metrics, and cross‑functional collaboration. What You’ll Do

Develop and lead the AMER field marketing strategy for assigned districts or verticals, ensuring alignment with Enterprise sales goals and regional growth targets.

Oversee planning and execution of Tier 1 and Tier 2 marketing initiatives—including tradeshows, executive roundtables, regional campaigns, and digital programs.

Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to identify key accounts and tailor engagement strategies that support pipeline acceleration and customer retention.

Manage budget allocation and performance reporting, ensuring marketing investments are optimized to deliver measurable ROI.

Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Global and Product Marketing, Channel, and Partner teams to localize campaigns and amplify Digital Realty’s global messaging.

Represent Field Marketing in sales planning sessions, providing insights, performance updates, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

4–7 years of experience in B2B or field marketing, with demonstrated success driving regional marketing strategy and execution—ideally in the technology, cloud, or data center sector.

Proven experience aligning marketing programs with enterprise sales priorities and delivering measurable business impact.

Strong background in event strategy, pipeline
