Role Summary The Client Services Specialist supports internal and external clients by delivering timely, high‑quality service and resolving account‑related inquiries. This role plays a key part in client retention and business growth by serving as a trusted point of contact and internal expert. You’ll gain exposure to a variety of benefits products and build strong relationships across the organization.

Key Accountabilities

Support inbound client calls and manage a shared mailbox to resolve account holder inquiries.

Resolve routine, sensitive, and urgent issues by serving as an internal expert and client advocate.

Interpret policies, procedures, and regulations and communicate clearly to clients.

Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate concerns when appropriate.

Organize workflow to meet service level expectations and maintain a no‑backlog standard.

Document all client interactions accurately in the client management system.

Develop subject matter expertise in assigned product or service areas.

Education & Experience Required

High School Diploma or equivalent

1+ years of customer service experience

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, or related field

1+ years of experience in Insurance, HSA, or TPA environment
