What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle from lead → close

Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, partner collaboration, and events

Run highly consultative discovery calls with technical + business stakeholders

Tailor demos and POCs to customer environments and use cases

Navigate buying groups across IT, Security, and Compliance

Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and marketing to shape deals

Maintain accurate forecasting, deal hygiene, and CRM discipline

Represent Guardare with professionalism and enthusiasm in market

Success Looks Like

A healthy pipeline with strong outbound + referral motion

Multiple successful POCs converted to revenue

Channel partners engaged and co-selling

Clear, consistent forecasting and milestones hit

A strong understanding of our buyers (CISO, IT, SecOps, MSP/MSSP, etc.)

Have 2–7+ years of AE experience, ideally in Cyber, SaaS, or IT infrastructure

Understand how to sell technical products to technical buyers

Are comfortable in early-stage environments where playbooks aren’t fully built

Have strong communication, discovery, and negotiation skills

Enjoy working with founders, product, and customers directly

Bonus Points For

Previous cybersecurity sales experience (EDR, SIEM, VM, CNAPP, MSSP, IAM, etc.)

Experience selling through channel partners or MSP/MSSPs

Running POCs or pilots with technical teams

Closing SMB–Mid-Market or SLED deals

Using tools like HubSpot/Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.
