Market development & customer management
Development of sales strategy for designated customer and markets
Proactive opportunity identification with customers, installed base, product management and further stakeholders
Represent Stalder Rail Service at relevant events, exhibitions
Offer management
Lead successful management of repair, revision, and refurbishment Sales opportunities
Design winning offer concept and strategy together with the bid management team
Responsible for writing refurbishment quotations
Responsible for competitive offering and price calculations of refurbishments and overhauls
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Higher education degree in Transportation Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Economics or similar
Experience in the railway industry, ideally in the areas of sales and/or services
Good stakeholder management and problem-solving abilitiesli>
Independent and structured working method
Team player with positive Sales mindset, drive and willingness to learn
Fluent in English, German and further European languages are a plus
Willingness to travel (approx. 40%)
