In this strategic and hands-on role, youll shape the overall strategy, build scalable processes, and cultivate high-impact partner relationships to fuel our next phase of growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, youll play a key role in evolving our partnerships program to ensure its positioned for long-term success./ppYour remit will actively span multiple partnership types - including global system integrators (SIs), consultancies, professional services firms, and independent software vendors (ISVs) - unlocking new routes to market, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening Culture Amps position as the preferred platform for organizational transformation./ppYoull start by focusing on direct execution, influence, and delivery. As the program grows and proves its impact, youll have the opportunity to build and lead a global partnerships team./ppYoull thrive here if you bring both an entrepreneurial and operational mindset, and are energized by the challenge of establishing clarity in a greenfield, fast-evolving environment./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pYou will:/pulliArchitect and execute a comprehensive global partnerships strategywith clear focus on program scalability and long-term maturity/liliSet the vision and operational plan to drive material ARR growth through new and existing partnerships/liliBuild and manage strategic alliances across global system integrators, consultancies, professional services firms, and ISVs - broadening our reach across partner types/liliOwn the end-to-end partner relationship lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, joint go-to-market planning, and ongoing performance management/liliDefine operating models, processes, and success metrics for referral, co-sell, integration, and ISV partnerships, working closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal/liliIdentify, evaluate, and negotiate new partnership opportunities, including resellers and technology partners, ensuring strong strategic alignment and value creation/liliEstablish frameworks and playbooks to support scalable, consistent partner engagement and revenue delivery across all markets/liliRegularly analyse and report on program and partnership performance metrics, presenting insightful recommendations to senior leadership/liliContribute to internal and external thought leadership on best-practice SaaS partnerships, drawing on market knowledge to help position Culture Amp as a preferred partner/liliLay the groundwork for future team build-out as program success grows, with a clear pathway to leadership responsibilities/li/ulpYou have:/pulli8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles - preferably within SaaS or technology companies/liliDemonstrated experience in building, operationalizing, and scaling partner programs (ideally across both SI and ISV/technology partner types) from the ground up/liliExperience structuring, negotiating, and managing complex partnership agreements that deliver repeatable, measurable business results/liliA proven ability to define and optimize partner lifecycle management, incentive models, and go-to-market motion for a range of partner archetypes/liliCross-functional influence skills, collaborating closely and aligning with executive and delivery teams/liliData-driven analytical skills to interpret partner and program performance, spot opportunities, and drive evidence-based improvements/li/ulpYou are:/pulliEnergized by greenfield, build mode opportunities where hands-on execution and self-starting are essential/liliResilient and flexible, thriving in environments undergoing rapid evolution and organizational change/liliAn entrepreneurial doer - comfortable working as an individual contributor and excited to grow into future leadership/liliA strong collaborator, naturally fostering alignment and enthusiasm across functions and with external partners/liliInspired by Culture Amps mission to create a better world of work, and passionate about scaling impact through high-quality partnerships/li/ulpA quick note on salary: this is a base-only role, with a salary range of $200k$220k.
