
Wave Builder
The Wave Builder, also known as Data Entry Clerk, will be responsible for assisting with VAS (Value Added Service) processes. They will also be responsible for following all standard policies and procedures within their assigned department. Hourly Pay Range: $18 - $19 /hour Work Schedule: Monday - Friday / 2pm - 10:30pm (2nd Shift) What You Will Do:
Must assist with running all the reports needed for daily and final release of waves and corporate processing criteria, direct all activities as it relates to our daily process outlined and detailed as to how the business is laid out Research and calculate the workflow balancing (chutes and trays) Assist in ensuring timely that all waves analytically have been carefully built to meet the processing start time for pulls and picking flow Working hands on with Corporate, DC management for any at once changes that may occur to the wave building process Assist in coordinating all inventory issues with our IC department e-mails. From data research shortages Answering all Corporate e-mails request upon call Work with the format line by line to meet corporate standard approval Outline on a nightly basis and promote the ticketing report and wave building recap for workload planning Communicate with appropriate departments when needed to resolve issues Additional Skills:
