As a key member of our team, the Healthcare Sales and Enrollment Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Marketing, Outreach, Enrollment, and Eligibility (MOEE) Director. This role will focus on initiating, coordinating, and managing the PACE eligibility and enrollment process, all while delivering outstanding customer service aligned with our mission, vision, and values. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls from prospective participants, follow up on referrals, and provide exceptional customer service by thoroughly explaining the WelbeHealth enrollment process, aiming to convert inquiries into in-home visits. Collaborate with the Benefits Coordinator on potential enrollments requiring financial assessment, such as share of costs (SOC) or Medi-Cal applications. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all elements outlined in the MOEE Playbook. Organize and schedule initial home visits, levels of care (LOC) evaluations, MSW/PCP assessments, and transportation logistics for all appointments. Support the MOEE Director and team in facilitating meetings, utilizing available audio/visual tools to document tasks, follow-ups, notes, and assignments within Salesforce. Assist with various public relations, marketing, outreach, and enrollment initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Associate's degree in a relevant field is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience is preferred. Strong customer service orientation is essential. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation is a must. Familiarity with Salesforce, MS Office Suite, and/or Athena is preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Why Join WelbeHealth?
