Pay Range: $19.95hr - $22.17hr

The Phlebotomist II represents the face of the organization to patients as part of their routine healthcare or diagnostic needs. This role is responsible for collecting quality blood samples and preparing specimens for laboratory testing while following established practices and procedures. The Phlebotomist II has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence by explaining procedures and performing blood draws in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner. The role demonstrates leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence, confidentiality, and accuracy of patient information. ssignments may include a doctor's office, patient service center, or other locations based on business needs. Requirement/Must Have:

Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime based on staffing needs. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable. bility to travel and work flexible hours across multiple locations with minimal notice. bility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Strong customer focus with clear, open, and professional communication skills. Experience:

One to three years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Two years of experience in a patient service center environment preferred. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment highly preferred. Keyboarding and data entry experience. Responsibilities:

Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of a supervisor. Maintain a safe and professional work environment. Perform forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established procedures. Verify patient identification and specimen labeling in the patient's presence. Maintain required records and documentation. Demonstrate organizational commitment and promote a positive image with patients, clients, employees, and the public. Qualification And Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred.
