Role Summary

Lead and manage the neurology district sales team in the West District, driving strategic execution, talent development, and performance outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring compliance, and delivering district results through effective leadership and execution. Responsibilities

Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team of specialty sales representatives. Lead and mentor district sales staff to achieve and exceed performance targets. Build and sustain positive relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and other stakeholders. Provide strategic oversight and execution for district sales activities within neurology/CNS focus areas. Travel within the district as required to manage field operations and customer engagement. Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's Degree; Advanced degree a plus. Required: 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with 4 years of Sales Management experience preferred. Preferred: Specialty experience in CNS, neurology, pain management; MS market experience desirable. Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop high-performing specialty sales teams; documented high sales and leadership performance. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; able to travel locally, regionally, and occasionally overnight. Ability to secure and maintain credentialing requirements for healthcare providers, facilities, and regulatory bodies. Ability to build and sustain positive relationships; strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and business acumen; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must reside near a major airport within the district. Experience in small company and startup environments; flexible and adaptable in an innovative work setting. Skills
