Job Description
IDG is seeking experienced professionals for independent evaluation work in West Africa. We are currently soliciting CVs from qualified individuals with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Electricity sector governance and utility performance assessment in West Africa ICT sector governance and regulatory framework evaluation in West Africa Mixed-method and qualitative evaluation methodologies Performance evaluation of policy and institutional reform programs Project Context:
Evaluation work will support donor-funded programs in The Gambia and Togo covering power sector governance and ICT sector reforms. Requirements
