Salesforce Architecture Lead (CPQ-Health Cloud)

As a Salesforce Architecture Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing comprehensive integration solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will engage with clients to understand their business objectives, ensuring that our technology aligns perfectly with their processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy scalable integration solutions within Salesforce Health Cloud and CPQ. Lead client discussions to capture business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Map business processes to relevant applications, define data entities, and select suitable integration technologies. Establish a robust overall integration architecture that prioritizes performance, reliability, and security. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Mentor team members, make critical architectural decisions, and resolve complex technical issues. Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders, significantly influencing solution design decisions across multiple projects. Innovate solutions that address challenges across various systems and teams. Location Requirement: This position requires an on-site presence at our Chesterbrook, PA office 2-3 times per week. What You Need: Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce Health Cloud and CPQ. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If you have an Associate Degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experience is required. Bonus Points if You Have: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. A proven success record in managing development teams and deploying Salesforce solutions in healthcare environments. Strong technical skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Salesforce Platform. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
