You are: As a Salesforce Application Developer you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring custom Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on high-quality code, scalability, and performance. The role requires extensive experience with Salesforce development and configuration tools and a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities. Platforms in scope include Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office in Nashville, TN or Chesterbook, PA. What you need: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a Salesforce Application Developer role Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficient in CPQ, Configuration, Customization, Apex Programming, VisualForce, Lightning Framework, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP), CI/CD pipeline, AppExchange, Version Control, Data Management, release management, Design and Build enablement, Data migration, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and JQuery Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements and technical challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
