Job Description:
Shift: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2:30pm evenings and weekends as needed.

Manages the processing and management of employee gifts, including gift entry, payroll submittal, fulfillment, and stewardship.
Maintains vendor relationships and coordinates orders for branded gift items.
Supports and staffs employee giving launches, events, and stewardship activities.
Coordinates caregiver recognition initiatives and grateful engagement efforts.
Organizes and coordinates donor appreciation events to foster long-term relationships.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Comfortable working with people and as part of a team [Required]
• Strong organizational skills [Required]
• Detail-oriented, accurate and thoughtful when completing tasks [Required]
• Confident in using computer databases and Microsoft computer software applications, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint [Required]
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information [Required]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• in communications, business, marketing or related field
Work Experience:
• 1+ experience directly related to the duties [Required]
• Professional experience in the fundraising or nonprofit industry [Preferred]
