Job Description
Promotes proven recruitment practices and establishes ongoing recruitment activities across all undergraduate and graduate programs.
Develops and coordinates an annual recruiting master calendar aligned with the University’s master calendar.
Other duties as assigned.
Develops and oversee a coordinated strategic enrollment management plan focused on recruitment, enrollment, and retention.
Employs both traditional and modern tactics to achieve measurable enrollment goals aligned with the University’s mission and strategic priorities.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strategic planning and implementation for a program or unit [Preferred]
Assessment and accountability for outcomes [Preferred]
Leading a team and personnel supervision [Preferred]
Interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating transparency [Preferred]
Education
Master's [Required]
Field Of Study
Master's or EdD degree from a regionally accredited institution.
Work Experience
6+ years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative role, successfully managing university operations in the areas of recruitment, admissions, retention or similar types of divisions [Required]
