Temporary (5-7 months) with potential to convert

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. This role will focus primarily on compensation analytics, market research, and ensuring our organization maintains competitive pay structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct compensation analysis and market research using tools such as Aon, Indeed Analytics, and third-party compensation firms Pull and analyze data to identify trends and ensure competitive compensation packages Support development and management of bonus structures Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) for data analysis and reporting Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization on compensation initiatives Support HRIS system usage (currently UKG, potential Workday implementation) Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required in HR or a related field 2+ years of compensation experience (open to more experienced candidates), can be internal or with a 3rd party Strong HRIS skills; UKG or Workday preferred but open to other systems Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, functions) Experience with market research tools and methodologies Background working in larger organizations (5,000+ employees preferred) Experience working remotely and supporting multi-state operations Preferred Qualifications:

Workday implementation experience is a plus Longevity in recent roles (1 year+) Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Personable and collaborative approach Analytical mindset with attention to detail
