Job Description
Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial interior, base building, and renovation projects, typically ranging from $2M to $20M. Review and evaluate subcontractor bids, ensuring alignment with project plans and specifications. Collaborate with the preconstruction and project management teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. Maintain and build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to support business growth. The Successful Applicant
At least 4 years of experience in estimating commercial interior, base building, or healthcare projects. Experience with data centers or higher education projects is a plus. Strong technical skills, including familiarity with estimating software. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset. What's on Offer
Base Salary : $105,000-$115,000. Health Benefits : Employer covers 80% of medical premiums; dental and vision plans available. Vacation & Time Off : 11 vacation days, 5 sick days, and all major holidays. Additional Benefits :
