This mid size general contractor specializes in commercial interiors, renovations, and select groundup projects ranging from $2M interior buildouts to $15-20M new construction assignments. The team partners with wellknown commercial owners and real estate groups across the region.
Job Description
Prepare detailed estimates for commercial interior and renovation projects Assist with pricing for select groundup and basebuilding work Support the Director of Preconstruction in managing workload and deliverables Mentor and guide a junior estimator Participate in site visits, scope reviews, and client meetings Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and leadership teams MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
5-7 years of commercial estimating experience Strong background in commercial interiors required Basebuilding experience highly preferred Experience mentoring or overseeing junior staff Exposure to healthcare, data center, or highereducation projects is a plus Proficiency in: Bluebeam OnScreen Takeoff Microsoft Project Builder software experience is a plus
