Senior Consultant

within the

Performance Improvement department

of our Strategy & Transaction Advisory practice, you will lead clients in analyzing and implementing operational excellence initiatives within portfolio companies. This includes enhancing EBITDA, identifying synergies, and capturing enterprise value. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with private equity firms and corporate leaders to analyze and implement value-creation strategies and operational improvement initiatives. Engage in a client-facing capacity, working with client teams to uncover synergy and functional area solutions; drive performance improvement and deal strategies. Adopt a holistic approach to identify business improvement opportunities, develop actionable solutions, manage initiatives, and assemble the necessary resources and expertise for execution. Communicate professionally, producing executive-level deliverables that support decision-making processes for clients. Deliver results in a high-visibility role, working on-site with clients across the U.S. and potentially on international assignments. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other Performance Improvement tools to drive productivity enhancements. Stay adaptable, assertive, and open to new challenges in a dynamic environment, exercising significant independence to define and achieve project goals. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is required; a master's degree is a plus. A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in operations management, including lean/continuous improvement, operations strategy, and supply chain management. Experience with Private Equity clients/firms, especially in Manufacturing & Distribution, is highly desirable. Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and build consensus among project teams and stakeholders. Expertise in assessing manufacturing and distribution operations and implementing improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences including executives. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is required; experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage. A strong team player with leadership and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel 80% to 100% of the time. Locations of Interest:

The salary range for this role reflects various factors including skills, experience, and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate is between $84,500.00 and $157,600.00 per year.
