within the

Strategy & Transaction Advisory practice , you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence in portfolio companies, with a focus on boosting EBITDA and capturing enterprise value. Key Responsibilities: Engage with private equity firms and corporate leaders to strategize and implement actions that drive value creation and operational enhancements. Collaborate closely with client teams to identify synergies and execute performance improvement strategies. Take a comprehensive approach to pinpoint business enhancement opportunities, develop actionable solutions, and oversee initiatives with effective resource management. Craft executive-level reports that clearly communicate findings and strategic recommendations to support client decision-makers. Deliver impactful results directly on-site with clients across the U.S. and potentially abroad. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other relevant tools to enhance productivity and efficiency. Demonstrate adaptability, assertiveness, and enthusiasm when confronting new challenges in a fast-paced environment, with significant autonomy in driving your work and contributing to client success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is a plus. At least two (2) years of relevant experience in operations management, focusing on manufacturing and operational strategy. Experience with private equity clients or firms, particularly in M&A related to Manufacturing & Distribution, is an advantage. Proven capability in leading collaborative efforts among cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Skilled in conducting thorough evaluations of operations to implement cost-effective enhancements. Strong problem-solving skills and inventive data analysis capabilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly to varied audiences, including executives. Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Able to cultivate a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere. Strong leadership and communication abilities for effective engagement with both internal management and external clients. Willingness to travel 80% - 100% of the time. The salary range for this position is between $84,500.00 and $157,600.00 annually, reflecting various factors including skills, experience, training, and organizational needs.
