About the Role:
In our
Performance Improvement department within the Strategy & Transaction Advisory practice , we aid clients in boosting their profitability by tackling operational challenges. Your role as a Senior Consultant will involve analyzing production metrics, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing actionable solutions to resolve production issues. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments through shop-floor observations and analytical methods to understand client operations. Establish and implement KPIs and operating frameworks to enhance performance. Lead and manage ongoing continuous process improvement initiatives. Deliver training and mentor client teams. Ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of assigned projects and deliverables. Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other Performance Improvement tools to elevate productivity. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a relevant field. A minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing operations and/or consulting, with a preference for operations consulting. Strong ability to foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Proven problem-solving abilities in a creative and analytical context. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel 80-100% of the time. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Degree: MBA or Master's in a relevant field. Extensive experience in operations consulting, emphasizing large-scale performance enhancements. Technical proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar advanced analytical tools.
