Position Summary...
What you'll do...
In this position you'll lead journey management for Finance Transformation-setting the operating rhythm, metrics, and narrative that keep leaders and teams aligned on where Finance is headed and how we'll get there. You'll own high-visibility events like Let's Talk and Leadership Look Ahead, anticipate change risks, and shape cross-functional adjustments to sustain momentum. You'll also lead a team and partners while advancing an AI-enabled change roadmap that scales adoption across Finance.
About Finance Transformation Change Management
You'll join the Finance Transformation Change Management team, where we help thousands of associates navigate how Finance works today-and how it will work tomorrow. We partner closely with Finance, Product, and Technology leaders to translate complex transformation initiatives-like generative AI, data products, and new operating models-into clear, compelling experiences people can understand and adopt. Our work connects strategy to action through storytelling, communications, events, and enablement that drive real behavior change at enterprise scale.
What you'll do:
Drive journey management planning, operational rhythms, and metrics to articulate a compelling story of the future of finance
Owns vision and execution of key Finance events (e.g. Let's Talk & Leadership Look Ahead) to drive awareness and adoption of key transformation
Anticipate change management risks, proactively shaping plans and adjustments cross-functionally to keep work moving forward
Supervise team and contractors including approve creative collateral such as event agendas, graphics, and videos
Lead cross-functional maturity of journey management across Finance teams
Drive change management team AI roadmap and implementation
What you'll bring:
Proven experience leading complex change or transformation initiatives, with the ability to design and manage end-to-end journeys that drive awareness, adoption, and sustained behavior change
Experience shaping executive-level messaging, presentations, and events that influence understanding and action at scale
Strong planning and prioritization skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching team members and managing contractors or agency partners
Comfort influencing without direct authority and aligning diverse perspectives toward a common vision
Ability to shape and advance an AI roadmap within a change or enablement context, balancing innovation with practical adoption
