As a content specialist in Marketing & Communications, you will focus on crafting compelling email campaigns and digital content using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This entry-level position is suited for a creative professional with a strong interest in digital marketing, email campaign management and content creation. The role works closely with leadership in Marketing & Communications and with university stakeholders to support the development and management of targeted, personalized, and impactful digital communications that adhere to brand standards and effectively engage key audiences.
Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Develop engaging digital content, including email newsletters, informational emails, and automated email series.
Utilize Marketing Cloud tools and features to segment audiences, personalize content, and optimize deliverability.
Collaborate with team members to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
Monitor email performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and suggest improvements to increase engagement and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for digital marketing initiatives.
