
Account Manager
Inspired Thinking Group (ITG) is searching for its next Account Manager. This opportunity is responsible for the management of one of our flagship clients, and will be responsible for managing client relationships, project implementation, account budgets, and internal team management in partnership with Account Director(s). The right person for this role will be able to forge a deep relationship with our clients, understand their business objectives, and execute on their deliverables on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Represent ITG as a trusted and strategic advisor, owning relationships with key decision makers for ITG's most strategic accounts Collaborate with internal & external agency partners to drive creative and media strategies, including dollar allocations, execution & reporting Develop actionable briefs and SOWs and effectively lead kick-off meetings and consistently advise internal account and creative team Manage timelines, calendars, and planning tools Stays informed on industry trends, competitors, regulations, and related insights to address client needs proactively Support quarterly business meetings Provide clients with guidance, support, and critical thinking on industry innovations, trends, and new approaches with appropriate rationale to keep things fresh and updated while showcasing knowledge of industry best practices Keep all client assets on-brand
