
Job description:
Provide support to the Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. May provide general support for a team or partner with an escrow officer. Primarily focus on residential transactions. Perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process. Open orders, input closing statement information, prepare documents for closing, and handle the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions. Communicate requirements and other information to clients. Interpret various agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions. Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an escrow-related role. Strong customer service skills. Problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of the MS Office suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times. Strong detail orientation. Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems. Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent. Why is This a Great Opportunity:
