This role requires a proactive and strategic communicator with media experience, strong storytelling abilities, and expertise in elevating brand reputation./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliDevelop and execute media outreach strategies to enhance brand visibility. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key journalists, industry analysts, and media outlets./liliDevelop and implement thought leadership initiatives, including bylined articles, speaking engagements, whitepapers, and executive visibility programs./liliIdentify, evaluate, and manage submissions for relevant industry awards to showcase company achievements and innovations./liliDevelop and implement internal and external corporate communications strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand reputation./liliWork closely with HR and leadership to craft internal messaging, company announcements, and engagement initiatives./liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders to craft compelling messaging, press releases, blog posts, and op-eds that align with business objectives./liliTrack media coverage, analyze PR performance, and provide insights to optimize future strategies./li/ulpQualifications Skills:/pulliBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field./lili8+ years of experience in corporate communications, media relations, or public relations, preferably in healthcare./liliStrong relationships with media contacts and a proven track record of securing press coverage./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives./liliExperience in thought leadership positioning, executive communications, and industry recognition programs./liliStrong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines./liliAbility to work collaboratively across teams and influence senior executives./liliKnowledge of media monitoring and PR analytics tools./li/ulpIf you are a strategic communicator with demonstrated experience in storytelling, media engagement, thought leadership, and corporate communications, wed love to hear from you!
