We are on the lookout for a devoted and proficient Physical Therapist to join our exceptional team in Boise, Idaho. Responsibilities
Assess patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and create personalized treatment regimens aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and function. Collaborate with a care team of nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehabilitation specialists to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on therapeutic goals and discharge planning; meticulously document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in line with facility and regulatory standards. Participate in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to ensure coordinated, exceptional patient care. Assist with discharge planning and facilitate safe transitions back home as part of a collaborative care team. Evaluate individual needs, implement tailored treatment plans, and adjust care strategies based on patient progress. Qualifications
Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution is essential. State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required. CPR certification or specialized credentials (e.g., neurological or geriatric expertise) are advantageous but not mandatory. Previous experience with patients who have intricate medical and mobility challenges is valued. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; comfort with digital health records and clinical documentation tools. Benefits
