Treasury Sales Support Analyst JOB SUMMARY: Has responsibility to meet or exceed the required expectations of our “ESP” (Exceptional Service Provider) program (refer to the Employee Handbook). Under general supervision of the Treasury Operations Manager and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the successful candidate will perform a variety of duties relative to Treasury Management. The individual’s performance influences the professional image of the Bank within the community it serves. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Education or related experience beyond the high school diploma/equivalent would be required. 5 years banking experience with 3+ years Treasury Services experience. Excellent presentation skills to develop and present proposals to current and prospective customers. Excellent knowledge of Treasury products including but not limited to; ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, ICS, Smart Pay, Credit Cards, Electronic Banking, Lockbox, Merchant Services. A thorough knowledge of preparing and presenting client reviews and documentation for new accounts and services. Ability to prepare, create or interpret detailed written materials, reports and/or perform detailed mathematical functions. Demonstrated strong analytical abilities and exceptional customer service skills to communicate complex and sometimes difficult information in a positive and professional manner with internal and external customers. A thorough knowledge of the procedures and policies related to Treasury Services. Ability to interpret data, strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills. A general understanding of compliance, regulatory guidance, and legal requirements of Treasury products and services. Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide guidance to other bank associates. Primary Responsibilities / Expectations

(Weighting Percentage: 20%) Document Preparation: Responsible for creating new documents for accounts and services for customers and making sure that all required documents are submitted and complete. (Weighting Percentage: 20%) Onboarding/Implementation: Responsible for onboarding new accounts and services; preparing/collecting appropriate documentation and agreements, preparing system set up, timelines, and providing instruction to customers. (Weighting Percentage: 20%) Reviews: Responsible for creating and presenting periodic account/service reviews to existing customers. (Weighting Percentage: 10%) Proposals: Responsible for analyzing data, preparing, and presenting proposals to existing and potential customers (Weighting Percentage: 10%) Technical Expertise: Responsible for technical expertise, troubleshooting, research and general customer service regarding Treasury products and services. (Weighting Percentage: 10%) Merchant Services: Responsible for proposals, onboarding and implementation. Assists with ongoing support and review. (Weighting Percentage: 5%) Travel: Responsible for onsite installations and in person presentations. Some travel may be required. (Weighting Percentage: 5%) Secondary Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day workflow pertaining to Treasury Operations & Treasury Sales. Other duties as assigned or deemed necessary by management to ensure a continuous workflow of daily operations. Physical Requirements
