Top accounts target list
across priority market segments. Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Packaging Specialists to drive share gain at strategic National Multi Location Accounts. Lead development and expansion of national end-user accounts across key market segments:
Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e‑commercer . Conduct direct end-user prospecting to increase penetration and unlock new opportunities. Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio, and Channel Teams to support execution. Build strong relationships across customer buying levels and generate high-quality leads. Provide input into short- and long-term growth strategies aligned with business priorities. Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Five (5) years of sales and/or marketing experience in B2B industry in a private, public, government or military environment Current, Valid Driver’s license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience in B2B Industrial Sales/Marketing Packaging industrial experience MBA Analytical skills managing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI Sf.com understand and management Work location:
