Key Responsibilities

Deliver the

Operating Plan

and maintain a disciplined, accurate

Opportunity management pipeline .

Build and execute the

Top accounts target list

across priority market segments.

Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Packaging Specialists to drive share gain at strategic national multi‑location accounts.

Lead development and expansion of national end‑user accounts across key market segments:

Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e‑commerce .

Conduct direct end‑user prospecting to increase penetration and unlock new opportunities.

Drive cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio, and Channel Teams to support execution.

Build strong relationships across customer buying levels and generate high‑quality leads.

Provide input into short‑ and long‑term growth strategies aligned with business priorities.

Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre‑employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills and Expertise Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.

Five (5) years of sales and/or marketing experience in B2B industry in a private, public, government or military environment.

Current, valid driver’s license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position.

Additional Qualifications That Could Help You Succeed Even Further:

Experience in B2B industrial sales/marketing.

Packaging industrial experience.

MBA.

Analytical skills managing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.

Work Location Remote.

Travel May include up to 60% domestic/international.

Relocation Assistance May be authorized.

Compensation Applicable to US Applicants Only. The expected compensation range for this position is $164,612 ‑ $201,193, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
