Independent acquisition and support of customers as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships Consulting on the Managed Services portfolio (infrastructure cloud platform and application management as well as end-user services) Close collaboration with bid management pre-sales and delivery units Conducting customer presentations workshops and negotiations Identifying new business opportunities by monitoring the market and competitive situation Supporting the further development of the sales process Qualifications

Strong communication and negotiation skills Initial professional experience in IT sales is advantageous ideally with a focus on Managed Services Entrepreneurial mindset initiative and strong closing skills Willingness to travel for customer support and participation in events trade fairs and workshops Excellent German and English skills both written and spoken Additional Information
