Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and community organizations Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications Manage promotional resources and budget effectively Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance with industry best practices Qualifications (Required)

BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent travel is required Qualifications (Preferred)

Master’s degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms Knowledge of specialty fulfillment and payer requirements Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites Notes
