The Senior Associate, Business Development supports account management and growth initiatives for a global SaaS platform serving B2B clients. This is a non-commissioned role focused on relationship management, client support, and expansion, working closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities
Support and grow existing B2B client relationships Partner with sales, customer success, product, and implementation teams Assist with renewals, account expansion, and client engagement initiatives Prepare client-facing materials and presentations Track account activity and opportunities in CRM systems Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in SaaS, B2B account management, client services, or business development Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working cross-functionally in a team-based environment Generous base salary plus annual bonus (non-commissioned) 401(k) with company match 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees and their dependents Work Model
