About You
Are you ready to transform the sales landscape for mid-market and enterprise customers in the USA? As an Account Executive, you'll manage the entire sales process—from discovery to closing deals. Your goal is to convert leads into revenue, collaborating with SDRs, product developers, and the technical team. This quota-carrying role is crucial for driving our company’s growth. You'll convert qualified leads into signed deals, manage key relationships, and deliver excellent customer outcomes, playing a vital role in our success. Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full sales process from discovery to closing. Work closely with SDRs to convert qualified leads into proposals and orders. Generate new leads from target markets and robot applications. Deliver live or virtual product demonstrations and solution presentations. Manage and report on pipeline in CRM with high data hygiene. Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, addressing needs and objections. Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and support teams. Represent Engineered Arts at trade shows, conferences, and customer site visits. Skills & Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role (preferably selling physical tech products, SaaS, or AI). Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers preferred. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage long and short sales cycles simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
