What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Own and continuously improve the Account Executive onboarding and ramp programs

Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new hires

Partner with Customer Success Leadership to define success metrics and performance expectations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a cohesive enablement experience

Provide 1:1 and group coaching to reinforce skills and boost confidence

What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field

Strong understanding of sales processes and what drives success for Account Executives

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Ability to track and analyze onboarding performance and KPIs

Experience in developing training materials and learning paths

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the Financial Services industry

Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and performance metrics

Experience in facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences

Knowledge of sales tools and technologies that enhance productivity

Background in coaching or mentoring sales professionals
