Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned Sales Vertical teams, understanding their goals and workflows
Develop and manage the Enablement roadmap for Sales teams, prioritizing their training needs
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs, including interactive sessions and content resources
Document and train Sales on best practices and processes, enhancing their skills and methodologies
Measure the success and impact of training programs through data-driven insights
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in high-impact sales or account management teams within an advertising platform or agency
3+ years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, or related roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project and program management skills
Basic understanding of digital advertising and retail media networks
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using G Suite tools, including Sheets and Slides
Proven experience teaching or training large groups
Familiarity with consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies or grocery retailers
Experience working with data to measure inputs and outputs
Knowledge of learning platforms and AI tools to support Sales workflows
