Lead and develop a team of high-performing Retention SDRs to achieve quarterly revenue goals
Measure and track key business and industry trends to inform strategies
Improve sales processes, collateral, and prospecting capabilities for team efficiency
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and scale communications across larger business accounts
Mentor team members on sales best practices and data-driven insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven history of exceeding sales goals and quotas
Experience in a sales management environment
Demonstrated success in developing early career professionals
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach
Process and data-driven mindset with a track record of sales funnel optimization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in advertising, particularly paid search, CPG, or eCommerce
Proven ability to coach account prioritization and drive incremental growth
Experience working cross-functionally in a high-growth environment
