We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and lead a team in Columbia, South Carolina. Reporting to the Marketplace Sales VP for Carolinas, this role is based in our Columbia, SC office and supports clients throughout the Columbia, South Carolina Metropolitan Area.

Your Impact

Lead and develop a dynamic sales team, coaching them to exceed performance goals.

Build and execute strategic plans to expand Novatech’s regional presence.

Cultivate strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.

Stay ahead of industry trends and position Novatech as a trusted expert.

Engage with the local business community to identify new opportunities.

Set the standard for prospecting new business through proactive outreach.

Qualifications

Proven outside sales success, with 2+ years of leadership experience

Industry experience is required

– IT, managed services, or business technology solutions.

Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle – from planning to closing

Business acumen with a drive to become an industry expert

Passion for mentoring and developing top-performing teams
