
Construction Superintendent

We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to manage all daily field operations from groundbreaking through project closeout. This is a leadership role focused on driving the schedule, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring every phase of construction meets quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Site Leadership:
Supervise all daily on-site activities, including subcontractor coordination and workforce management. Schedule Management:
Track project sequencing and critical path activities to ensure all milestones are met on time. Safety & Quality:
Enforce OSHA compliance and company safety protocols. Perform quality control checks to ensure work matches plans and specs. Problem Solving:
Review drawings, manage RFIs, and resolve field issues or technical conflicts proactively. Communication:
Lead jobsite meetings and act as the primary contact for Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors. Logistics:
Manage material deliveries, equipment usage, and site organization to maintain an efficient workflow. Reporting:
Maintain detailed daily logs and weekly progress reports. Requirements
Experience:
Proven background as a Superintendent on commercial or civil construction projects. Technical Skills:
Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and technical specifications. Field Knowledge:
Strong understanding of construction methods, trades, and site logistics. Leadership:
Exceptional ability to manage diverse crews and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment. Education:
A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred, but equivalent field experience is accepted.
