Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to assist with other ad-hoc projects and cross train within the call center environment.

At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service/call center setting preferred.

Medical Insurance knowledge is preferred.

Compensation $18/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
