Representative, Customer Service - Skilled

Job Description:

Provide customer services related to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. Ensure that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws. Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers and create improvement plans in response to customer surveys. This role requires knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training, and involves working within clearly defined procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities

Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer claims and complaints effectively.

Provide customer services for sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.

Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.

Create improvement plans based on customer survey feedback.

Follow clearly defined procedures and guidelines in decision making.

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2 or more years of experience in customer service.

Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce/Service software, and Genesis software.

Experience in a call center environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in customer service discipline.

Work Environment This is a remote position with working hours from 9am to 5:30pm PST (7am - 3:30pm CST). The role involves managing a call and email queue and submitting 15-25 repair orders a day.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
