Powersports Salesperson - Overview Powersports Salesperson: Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the right motorcycle, ATV, side by side, mower, or other powersports unit to match their needs. This role combines product knowledge, relationship-building, and strong closing skills to drive unit sales and maintain long-term customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and create a welcoming, high-energy showroom experience.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate units, accessories, and protection products.
Manage all steps of the sales process from initial contact to final delivery.
Product Knowledge
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all brands sold, including specs, features, and benefits.
Stay updated on new models, promotions, incentives, and competitive products.
Educate customers clearly and confidently about units, accessories, and financing options.
Requirements
Previous sales experience preferred
Strong communications skills
Self motivated with competitive mindset
Valid Drivers License
Ability to work weekends and peak season hours
