What to Expect
Drive application volume to meet/exceed established credit goals
Enhance implementation of in-store marketing programs and conduct ongoing training
Develop and maintain key external client relationships at store, market, and regional levels
Audit signage and point-of-sale material for compliance purposes and communicate issues
Compile and present results of ongoing credit programs while managing travel and marketing budgets
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in the Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management; or HS diploma/GED and 5+ years\' experience in the same fields
Minimum of 3 years of field or outside sales experience
Minimum of 2 years of Client Relationship Management experience
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time and must reside in the territory

Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills
Openness to coaching and ability to learn quickly
Customer-focused mindset with a quick response to customer needs
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills (written, oral, nonverbal)
Experience in Private Label Sales and Marketing is a plus
