What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage a portfolio of named enterprise accounts, focusing on Civil contractors and Civil Engineering firms

Drive revenue growth by executing strategies targeting expansion and new business acquisition

Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, tailoring solutions for complex infrastructure challenges

Lead the entire sales journey from prospecting to successful onboarding for large-scale deployments

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet the technical needs of civil engineers

What is Required (Qualifications) 5+ years of enterprise Construction Technology sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota

3+ years of experience selling into the Heavy Civil, Infrastructure, Mining, or Civil Engineering sectors

Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and deliver results in rapidly evolving environments

Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong, along with the ability to quickly adopt new AI-driven sales tools

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Active USA-Part 107 license for drone operation

Established relationships within the Heavy Civil and Infrastructure sectors

Experience with complex, multi-threaded sales cycles

Strong consultative sales skills, capable of building consensus among diverse stakeholders

Ability to identify and pursue high-value opportunities proactively
