What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage all commercial activities related to assigned products within designated territories

Conduct sales calls and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while tracking sales activities

Develop and implement competitive strategies to increase market share and customer engagement

Identify customer needs and collaborate with teams for product innovations and development

Gather and analyze market data to inform strategic decisions and support business growth

What is Required (Qualifications)

A college degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Minimum five years’ experience in industrial field sales, marketing, or product/customer management

Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills

Ability to travel up to 50% overnight

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with sales force automation tools and Power BI

Strong organizational, planning, and presentation skills

Mechanical aptitude for conducting basic pump teardown and assembly

Active participation in industry associations and committees

Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies
