Overview
ADP is hiring a
Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) . In this role, you will close sales and win new business within a defined territory. You\'ll participate in our training program and join a sales team that works with both new and existing clients to sell human resources solutions, delivering high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum. Daily, you will cultivate relationships with Human Resources and executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads from internal partners, and assess buyer needs to present the best ADP solutions. You will manage multiple sales processes at once and document them through implementation until new business is up and running. What You\'ll Do: Responsibilities
Grow Our Business While Growing Yours : Work within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy. Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients : Close sales by recommending the right solutions to address clients\' real business needs; earn referral business by networking with existing and prospective clients and partnering with decision-makers. Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family : Cross-sell cloud-based HR solutions and other ADP offerings to cultivate additional business within existing accounts. Collaborate Daily : Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners, maintaining high ethical standards under pressure.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications Positive Self-Starter : Upbeat, persistent style; ability to cold call, manage time, multi-task, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone. Strategic Closer : Established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales; proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships. Proven Winner : Ambitious, thrives under pressure, aims to exceed quotas. A college degree is not required. If no degree, acceptable experience includes: Three years of B2B sales experience (preferably field sales) in a results-driven environment Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality Preferred Qualifications Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales

Base salary offers vary by location, skills, and experience. Compensation may include bonus, equity, or commissions. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Disability, and more. The compensation range is USD 56,100.00 – USD 121,500.00 per year. Actual compensation will comply with applicable wage requirements.
