As a Customer Account Manager, you will: Build strong relationships with existing clients through attentive, consistent service

Support customers with policy updates, billing questions, claims assistance, and coverage reviews

Perform regular outreach to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Identify opportunities to offer additional coverage to best serve each client

Clearly explain insurance products while adhering to industry compliance standards

Manage client interactions and follow-ups using CRM systems, ensuring thorough documentation

Work closely with other team members to accomplish agency goals and provide a seamless client experience

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others and committed to delivering excellent client service. Preferred Skills & Experience: 1+ year of customer service, account management, or insurance experience

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Friendly, positive attitude with a professional approach

Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage time efficiently

Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Bilingual abilities are a plus
