Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate leads
through prospecting, referrals, and community engagement
Conduct personalized insurance consultations
to understand and address client needs
Present and sell a full suite of insurance products , including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Foster and maintain strong client relationships
through ongoing communication and support
Track sales activity , manage follow-ups, and process renewals using CRM systems
Ensure compliance
with Farmers Insurance standards and Michigan Department of Insurance regulations
Qualifications
Prior experience
in sales, insurance, or customer service preferred
Active Property & Casualty License
(or willingness to obtain)
Life & Health License
(or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated
with a goal-oriented mindset
Professional, organized, and dependable
