Job Title: Dialer (W2 Employee)
Hourly rate plus bonuses with transactions
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities
Making outbound calls to potential clients who need tax relief services.
Engaging clients and gathering information for tax relief consultations.
Following up on leads and maintaining records of all client interactions.
Meeting performance goals and targets established by the company.
Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
Bonus: $20.00 per transfer and $40.00 per transfer for older leads.
Employee Status: W2 position.
Benefits: Health insurance.
Training: Full training provided.

Additional Qualifications
1-2 years of sales experience (entry level acceptable).
Previous experience in a tax environment preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits Annual pay: $43,680.00.
Sick pay, PTO, insurance options.
Workplace Type Fully onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.
