Your role is essential in creating a positive experience and helping clients take the first step toward resolving their tax concerns. What You'll Do In this role, you will: Make outbound calls to potential clients who may benefit from tax relief services. Build rapport and gather essential information to prepare clients for tax relief consultations. Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of all interactions. Meet performance goals, using your communication skills and motivation to reach company targets. Maintain professionalism, adhering to all organizational policies and procedures. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly Bonuses: $20.00 per qualified transfer $40.00 per transfer from older leads Employment Status: W2 position Benefits: Health insurance Training: Full training is provided to set you up for successno prior tax experience required. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Costa Mesa, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $43680.00/yr.
